The client was advised by the roofer that the roof tiles on his property would have to be replaced. Sue was happy to provide a statement to Council confirming the client's intention to replace the old tiles with new Marseille tiles that match the existing profile as advised in the Heritage Information Series published by the Heritage Branch of the Department of Environment & Heritage.
Sue communicated with Council to confirm that there would be no negative heritage implications in undertaking the repair in this manner, and the repairs were approved.
