Sue was happy to provide her proffessional opinion to Council and convey the client's desire to remove some 9 year old snow pear trees that were causing cracks in the heritage-listed stonework wall.
The trees were planted to frame the entrance to property via the central front gate, but they must be removed to ensure the integrity of the wall, which is specifically mentioned in the heritage listing, as well as the garden.
The owners plan to re-plant with other more suitable trees.
