lCKDA Architecture Pty Ltd produced the architectural drawings, and the Heritage Impact Statement was prepared by P.A Duggan Architect and Heritage Consultant.
The photographic archival record was completed in accordance with the NSW Heritage Office guidelines for photographic recording of heritage items.
