2015 'Brougham', 4A Nelson Street, Woollahra Brougham at 4A Nelson Street Woollahra dates to the 1850s and became the home of Judge James Sheen Dowling. In the 1940s it became a state run children's home. The house and garden are listed heritage items on the Woollahra LEP. It has a site specific DCP to protect its high level of significance.
