This Conservation Plan was requested to provide a clear conservation policy for any future use of the site and assess an appropriate curtilage for the site. The objectives of the Conservation Plan are to include a brief history of the building and the site, identification and description of any significant features of the buildings, a statement of constraints to be observed that retain the cultural significance of the site and the identification of physical and statutory constraints and opportunities affecting the site.
