This Heritage Impact Statement examines the impact of the demolition of the existing dwelling, a single storey weatherboard cottage at 22 Susan Street, which is a contributory item to the O'Connell Town Conservation Area and the construction of two terrace houses on the site of the existing cottage and the other on the vacant land beside it, on the heritage values of the O'Connell Town Conservation Area.
