The objective of this Heritage Impact Statement is to examine the impact of the proposed development at 290A Burwood Road on the the values of the Burwood Road Heritage Conservation. Number 290 has been identified as an example of Federation architecture of particular significance because of the retention of its large landscaped grounds. The proposed dwelling is to be constructed on these recently subdivided grounds.
