This Heritage Impact Statement examines the impact of alterations and additions to the residence at 3 Fisher Street, Petersham on the heritage values of this property and on the heritage values of neighbouring properties at no. 1 and no. 5 Fisher Street. The proposals were for a minor addition to the rear of the property, alterations to an outbuilding at the rear of the property, non structural alterations to the interiour of the main house and the proposed re-painting of the facade.
