This Heritage Impact Statement sets out to assess the cultural heritage significance of No.2 Hadleigh Avenue Collaroy, a house listed as having local significance on the Warringah Local Environment Plan, 2000. No. 2 Hadleigh Avenue has been identified in the LEP as a representative example of an interwar bungalow due to its assessed high integrity and capacity to demonstrate the National Historic Theme of Settlement and the New South Wales Historic Theme of Accommodation. This assessment will examine the proposed additions to the rear of the house and an internal reconfiguration with regard to their effect on the houses capacity to demonstrate and contribute to the cultural heritage values of Warringa.
