The proposal for development on Lot 923 DP 752028 included;
• Demolition of the existing fibro residence, elevated from ground on a brick & concrete- rendered
foundation level which contains a single-car garage;
• Demolition of free-standing fibro outbuilding;
• Removal of a number of trees;
• Subdivision of Lot 923 into five residential lots and 1 community lot (driveway/access road);
• Construction of residences on five of the new lots;
• Construction of driveway into the lots from Sutherland Road.
