This HIS comments on the heritage impact of the installation of synthetic football field in the location of the existing grass football field in Arncliffe Park which is a listed heritage item on the Bayside Council LEP. The proposal will involve the raising of the field for the installation of stormwater pipes to pass the flood flows under the field, as well as construction of a new sewer line and removal of part of the existing stormwater service. Fencing to protect the public from balls is also proposed at both ends of the field. There were concerns about potential archaeological impacts as well as views to and from the park
