The object of this heritage impact statement is to examine the impact of formal subdivision of 1 Lawrence Road Kenthurst on the heritage values of the property and on the heritage values of 40, 42A, 63 and 75 Porters Road. Of concern was the ability of the connections of these properties, which are of similar concrete block construction dating from the early twentieth century, to be interpreted.
