This was an assessment of alterations to be made to the menities block as required by the 1977 National Parks Act.  It is in a run down condition including rotting fascia boards and tied and broken tiling and internal fittings. It has no architectural merit or identifiable social, aesthetic qualities or historical associations of itself nor in relation to its contribution to the cultural values associated with the landscape of the park.
