Assessed the impact of a residential development of the vacant lot at 16 Southey Street, Mittagong, which is subject to a covenant stating any “future development if all lots in the subdivision shall comply with the heritage area provisions in the Mittagong Town Plan Development Control Plan as adopted by Council”.
