We were were commissioned to provide a land tenure history for an area of potential archaeological interest located along the banks of the Richmond River in Broadwater.
The areas of interest were found to have limited archaeological potential, firstly due to their use as cattle pasture up until the 1960's, and secondly, the pasture's aquisition after this time by Commonwealth Sugar Refineries.
