The objective of this Heritage Impact Statement is to examine the impact of the construction of a new dwelling at 38 Clark Road, within the Whaling Road Conservation Area, on the heritage values of this Conservation Area. This report is based on Heritage Impact Statement prepared in October 2006 in response to new plans for the site.
