The objective of this Statement of Heritage Impact is to examine the impact of a proposed medium density townhouse development at Nos. 7 and 9 Ruzac Street and Nos. 88 and 92 Broughton Street, Campbelltown on the heritage property, "St Elmo", at No. 94 Broughton Street, Cambelltown. This report will assess the impact on the heritage curtilage of "St Elmo", which is a scheduled heritage item listed in the Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan, 2002.
