Client: The Mill Hotel
The Mill Hotel is currently undergoing an approved refurbishment which involves the incorporation of four two-storey heritage listed terraces into the hotel’s premises while maintaining their historic and aesthetic presentation to Oxford Street. Our team provided the client with a supplementary Heritage Impact Statement needed for minor modifications to the terraces such as inserting two doors in the heritage shopfronts (where doors were previously).
