2020 Heritage Impact Statement - Kinsela's Hotel, 383 Bourke Street, Darlinghurst In 1932, Charles Kinsela, who leased the building from Fraser and Hughes hired the noted architect C Bruce C. Dellit to design alterations to the building and remodeled the place into a funeral parlour with two chapels, a spacious vestibule and ancillary offices. Kinsela’s is a listed heritage itenm located in the Oxford Street Heritage Conservation Area on the City of Sydney LEP. It is located in the vicinity of a number of other heritage items. The history of the site demonstrates its evolution since first developed c.1850. It has been a story of constant change, of development and usage. Available here
