This report was prepared for a private client to investigate the history of unique waterfront mansion ‘Florida’ at 12 Tivoli Avenue, Rose Bay.
The property is one of three buildings by American architect E.B. Sankey in Sydney; of these, it is the only single dwelling example and one of his two Inter-war Spanish Mission examples.
